It's not really a good day for anyone lately! It seems the fans who love him are also hurting him.

While escaping fans in NYC Robert Pattinson was hit by a car. He left a bookstore on Broadway and 12th Street an had 5 security staff with him as the mad fans chased him.

He wasn't seriously hurt. According to reports, "It appeared as if the cab hit Rob in the hip. He stood there for a moment looking stunned. The bodyguard next to him checked if he was okay and then screamed at the fans: 'You see what you did, you almost killed him!'".

Kevin Jonas Hates Sex!

After getting married recently to his fiannce, Kevin Jonas has finally sealed the deal!

And yes he finally had sex!

But just days after tying the knot, Kevin stunned his teenage fans by announcing that "to be honest about it, sex was not worth the wait."

"After we did it, I was kind of like, that's it?" Mr. Jonas told reporters at a New York press conference.

As to whether Mr. Jonas' bride agreed with his "that's it?" assessment, Mr. Jonas remarked, "That's what she said."

RIP Brittany Murphy

Brittany Murphy died on Sunday, December 20th, 2009 after she went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived, multiple sources tell TMZ.

She was 32.

A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack, the Los Angeles City Fire Department tells TMZ.

We're told Murphy was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

Murphy starred in such films as Clueless, Girl, Interrupted, 8 Mile, Sin City, The Dead Girl, Uptown Girls with Dakota Fanning,Summer Catch, Riding in Cars with Boys, Just Married with Ashton Kutcher, Little Black Book, and Spun.

TMZ Updates:

UPDATE 3:11 PM ET -- Sources tell TMZ Brittany Murphy's mom discovered her unconscious in the shower. We're told when paramedics arrived, they quickly determined Murphy was in full cardiac arrest and immediately administered CPR. They continued CPR in route to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center -- several miles away -- and Murphy was unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.

UPDATE 4:00 PM ET -- We're also told the LAPD will launch a death investigation.

UPDATE 4:07 PM ET -- A rep for Murphy tells TMZ, "In this time of sadness, the family thanks you for your love and support. It is their wish that you respect their privacy."

Rapper T.I. Finally Released From Jail

Sources from Atlantic Records have exclusively confirmed with BET.com that T.I. has been released from prison. The news comes to a surprise to the entire industry as T.I. was slated to serve at least three more months at the Arkansas Forrest City prison.

The source from Atlantic Records confirmed with BET News’ Sharon Carpenter that the rapper was abruptly released from the facility and is currently in route to Atlanta to serve the rest of his time in a half way house.

Steve Sadow confirmed with XXLMag.com earlier this month that TIP might see an early release but it would be decided by the Federal Bureau of Prisons to rule the fate of the decision.

“Now it is up to the [Federal] Bureau of Prisons to decide whether someone should be placed in a halfway house prior to the projected release date,” Sadow told XXL. “The Bureau of Prisons can do that and typically does it either a month before, or two months before… as much as six months before the projected release date.”

Sorry about all the trouble these past few months, Exclusive Beats was shut down due to something called the DCMA Copyright Act. It was very sad seeing it go so I'm going to have to make a few changes in the site to avoid copyright!

In order for the site to be successful, I have to make changes in new songs/singles and especially albums. There will no longer be download-able links for the new songs provided for a long period, but there will be for the first people that get there first! (The link will be removed asap)

There will no longer be download-able albums since it caused to many problems, but I am still opened to retail. But like I said, first come first serve!
