WILL.I.AM THANKS MICHAEL JACKSON

Will.I.Am from the recording group the Back Eyed Peas has released a personal video of himself on his Dipdive account talking about nobody other than Michael Jackson. His video mentions many thank yous and many memories that the two share back then before Michael's passing.

He also published a blog post saying:

THE 9-11 CALL AND THE CAUSE OF MICHAEL JACKSON'S DEATH

TMZ has recently received a tape from Michael Jackson's 9-11 call yesterday at 12:21PM from Michael's home in Holmby Hills in California.

The person who made the call claims that Michael wasn't breathing and that he was unconscious. He also claimed that Michael was unresponsive when he had performed CPR. The caller also said that the Michael's own doctor - Dr. Conrad Robert Murray - was the only witness when Michael had collapsed.

The caller stated:

"The doctor has been the only one here."

Also, a close family member of the Michael Jackson's family told us that Jackson received a daily injection of a synthetic narcotic somewhat similar to morphine - Demerol - and that yesterday he received a shot at approximately 11:30AM.

Family members also said that the dosage was "too much" and claimed that the injection was the cause of Michael Jackson's death. They also claimed that Michael had an "addiction" towards his daily medication and prescriptions.

PEREZ HILTON SUES BLACK EYED PEAS' MANAGER

So I'm guessing Perez Hilton wasn't kidding around when he said he was going to do something about this. He is now suing the Black Eyed Peas manager Polo Molina for battery and infliction of emotional distress over an alleged incident at Sundays MuchMusic Video Awards that left Perez Hilton posting a expletive-laden video on his website.

Here is a statement from Perez Hilton's lawyer Bryan Freedman:

"Perez Hilton was assaulted by the Band’s road manager because he would not agree to stop writing about the Black Eyed Peas on his website Perezhiton.com. Perez Hilton files this lawsuit to protect his freedom of speech and seeks legal redress against those who have physically assaulted him because they do not like his review of their album. Whether you love Perez or hate him, he is entitled to his freedom of speech without fear of physical violence. This lawsuit will make the statement that violence is never the answer. His First Amendment rights will be vigorously protected.”

According to Perez, he claims that he will be collecting the money to donate to the Matthew Shepard Foundation.

REST IN PEACE MICHAEL JACKSON

TMZ has recently reported that Michael Jackson has recently passed away. He was 50.

Michael Jackson suffered cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his home in Holmby Hills when the paramedics were unable to revive him. We were also told that when they arrived at the hospital Michael Jackson had to pulse and never got it back.

This is very sad news for the Jackson family and for fans all around the world. Michael Jackson had 13 number one hits in his solo career and it's sad to see him go like this.

TMZ is keeping us updated:

A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived.

Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but they had no luck.

We're told one of the staff members at Jackson's home called 911.

LaToya ran in the hospital sobbing after Jackson was pronounced dead.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

MICHAEL JACKSON SUFFERS A HEART ATTACK

This just in, we got some news report exclusively from TMZ and many celebrities on Twitter saying that Michael Jackson has suffered a heart attack earlier today at his Holmby Hills home in Los Angeles. A 9-11 call came in this afternoon at 12:21PM as he was taken by ambulance from his home to a nearby Los Angeles Hospital.

We were told that the singer went into cardiac arrest and the administrators had to perform CPR.

We were given various updates on TMZ saying:

UPDATE: The 911 call came in at 12:21PM at his Holmby Hills home in L.A.

UPDATE: A Jackson family member tells TMZ Michael is in "really bad shape" and the brothers are headed to UCLA.

UPDATE: We just got off the phone with Joe Jackson, Michael's dad, who says "he is not doing well."

We also got exclusive news from Perez Hilton.

So it seems like he's not faking it this time like he did back in '95 when he collapsed at a rehersal. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Jackson family. We wish them luck!

PEREZ HILTON SAYS HE'S SORRY

Perez Hilton has recently released another personal statement on his website moments ago and he had also let everyone know that he did on his Twitter page.

The apology is about the situation after the 2009 MuchMusic Video Awards and the use of language that had got things going. Perez Hilton stated:

"People make mistakes. I have made many in my life, but this past week I have made more than I can count on one hand.

I am sorry. And I mean it. No one is forcing me to write this. I am not feeling pressured to say this. I am speaking out because I realize that the last few days have been more hurtful to me - and many others - than the repeated blows I suffered to my head in Toronto this past weekend.

I have been filled with incredible sadness and regret.

I am sorry that any good work I have done for promoting equality may be tainted by me reclaiming a hurtful word - that's been personally used against me and the gay community - to hurt someone that was verbally attacking me. It was stupid.

Apologizing for me is not easy. Writing this was not easy. Life is not easy. But everything happens for a reason and I will take away a lot of valuable lessons from this experience.

Violence is never the answer. Never.

Victims should not be mocked.

The "F" word will never be uttered from my lips again. Just as others use the "N" word to insult and hurt - or as part of their everyday speech - I challenge them to remove it from their vocabulary as well.

Hindsight is always 20/20, they say. I should have been the bigger man and walked away from an unfortunate situation. Instead, I chose - in a very misguided way - to stand up for myself and only made things worse by how I - under pressure and diress - handled the situation.

I am sorry.

I am NOT apologizing to GLAAD. I could care less about them, my former employers.

I am apologizing to the gay community, to anyone who was hurt by my my choice of words, and to all the people who have ever emailed me to thank me for all that I have done to fight for gay rights over the last few years.

I have reached out to Isaiah Washington, someone I incorrectly labeled a homophobe in the past, despite his own public statements that he was not.

I will be donating any moneys collected from my lawsuit against Polo Molina, road manager for the Black Eyed Peas, to the Matthew Shepard Foundation.

And I will continue to speak out for equality and support the great work done by LGBT organizations, such as LAMBDA Legal and HRC.

LIL WAYNE'S REBIRTH PUSHED BACK AGAIN

From an April 9th release to a July 2009 push back. Lil Wayne has finally announced his official release date for his brand new rock album Rebirth, which should finally hit stores on August 18th, 2009. Lil Wayne also announced this on his Twitter page saying:

yall gonna hate me for this. Rebirth pushed back AGAIN until August 18th.

So he is finally going to release it... Does that mean the songs are going to be better? I've heard some of the tracks and they are not that bad. I'm quite excited to see what he has on it. It's up to you guys to decide, weather it's good or it's garbage.

The two images above represent two text messages from Will.I.Am (of the Black Eyed Peas) to Tila Tequila after last night's incident involving blog-star Perez Hilton who had accused Will.I.Am of attacking him after the Awards in Toronto.

On Perez Hilton's Twitter page, he reportedly said that Will.I.Am was following him and had attacked him outside of a club after he was leaving.

But in Perez Hilton's statement video, he said that Will.I.Am's manager Polo Molina had attacked the blog-star, giving him one shot from behind and three more shots to the face that had drawn blood to Perez Hilton's face. So now who is the one lying in this situation?

According to Perez Hilton and his Twitter page, he is accusing Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas of punching him last night after the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto. They were both outside of a club when apparently Perez had insulted Will.I.Am before the attack. Will.I.Am posted on his Twitter page that he has nothing to do with it and that it was somebody else who beat him up.
